Welcome to The Hypothyroidism Corner by Joe Cheray. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2012. In 2019 I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life at 185 lbs and that was my wake up call to learn how to manage this condition. Now after successfully losing 35 lbs and keeping it off it is my mission to help others with support to manage it as well.
